New Airline Salary Site

Got the corrected stuff for UPS from a contact there.
Updated the Atlas stuff.
I'll reach out to my United friends and get that up to snuff.
Great input on the colors, took that away. (Thought the colors would be a nifty differentiator but guess not. Woops)
There's a balance in how much info to display. Yes, a contract would be nice or like it was said, the Cliffs Notes, but to monitor documents of that magnitude would be a massive lift. It's hard enough to stay on top of these damn pay rates. Maybe a link to the contracts which are all mostly available online would be better with the unions blessing.
All great stuff.
Phew. Busy morning.

Hello Everyone,
I have been working on a website for almost ten years. It began as an airline history site, then evolved into a bit of a catch-all industry site and recently I pivoted and refocused it on a couple key elements. I'm not trying to compete with APC by any stretch. What they do, they do well. And the industry surely doesn't need another forum so I re-tooled the site so it's more mobile friendly so you can get accurate salary and at-glance-info with some historical context. So when you have a moment head over to;
Home - airlinefiles (airlinesalary.com)
And use your phone, you don't need to be on your lappy if your not already on your phone.
I also realize I'm treading on thin ice posting a link to another site. I get it, but it's to further access to information within our industry.
Hope you're all having a warm and safe holiday season and if your flying, be safe out there.
Cheers!

pretty neat! I love the historical pay rates. Boy if those young whipper snappers could look at old regional pay rates and understand how easy it is now.

I have had feedback that the pay tables are great and also that they're hard to read. I may evolve them, but for now I need to leave them as they are. With some of the larger pay tables, I was attempting to make it easier for your eye to track a number to equipment and longevity. Tweaking will occur. Also, if I take a few days to get back to a suggestion, I'm not ignoring you. I'm just busy, like the rest of you.

JohnnyBekkestad,
Thanks for the input. I'm always reviewing what needs to be adjusted or updated. The simple truth is, everyone has an opinion and you simply can't please everyone all the time. I do see what you mean regarding the clean, black and white blocking grid of the Atlas pay table in their contract, but I personally don't like the total format myself, and the way the blocks are separated by airplane. I drew a lot from the old, original pay rates as they were pesented here on APC years ago to influence a consistent pay table that all airlines pilot rates are displayed with.
