I enjoy having spirited discussions on my commute and between flights. I need something to do when I'm bored of reading and have finished my crossword. I've done it on various forums of differing subjects. My personality is more that I like to argue than making being a pilot who I am.

It's more the broad brush insinuation that we are all hypocrites and will fly to 67 if it passes even though we opposed is what I'm arguing against. Most of us who are most vocal against 67 know that it has real impact in money earned. Assuming no more black swans or industry contraction or single pilot, etc, 67 effectively reduces per year earning of all of us. It will result in either less money or a loss of QOL to achieve the same goals. It will force some of us to work to 67 for those reasons.

That's a made up number with zero evidence, which you use to rationalize your desire.
In fairness, no-one can know how many will choose to go past 65, if they can hold a medical even. I highly, highly doubt it will be anywhere close to 80%, but again, that's my opinion. Regardless, arguments like this are not serious. They are emotional appeals.
