I can't address the specific dates you'll get off during training but the program runs 6 weeks. Do the math from your start time and it sounds like you'll have at least a few days off. (The training center folks don't like to work holidays either!)
If you don't already have someone inside SWA as a contact, feel free to send me a Private Message and I'll gladly do what I can to make your landing smooth! If you'll provide your class start date I can also check specifically as to when the Training Center will be operating.

Corl737 - How are the working conditions at SWA? I have opportunity to fly for a commutor come next summer, with a fast upgrade, so potentially I will have 1000 Turbine PIC in about 2-3 years. (I know a lot can change in that span of time). SWA is one of two of my target airlines to shoot for. I understand the upgrade would not be for about 6 years - but the pay seems to compensate...lots of doe for a 6 yr FO! But what are the working conditions. My dad told me that SWA are masters of the 20 minute quick-turn, and that is why SWA was the only profitable air carrier after 911...how are the people, the management folks, the FAs...Jr bases, the works. Feel free to leave me a pvt message. Thank you sir!
