Passenger Code of Conduct
Heres a thought from a guy who works retail at the mall:
Both of the malls I work at in New Jersey have posted near the entrances "codes of conduct" for patrons. Why in the hell don't airlines have this? It seems critical to me. In a mall you at least have alot of space but here you have lots of people locked in a tube at FL410. It's ludicrous to NOT have a pax code of conduct.
Yet congress and some airlines seem more concerned with pax "bill of rights", which obviosuly does nothing except further inflate the sence of self-entitlement that these travelocity low class pax have.
Just a thought.

Nah, I'm cool with my customers. Meet alot of nice folks, though some of my coworkers have been physically threatened by customers over return policy issues. Also get some annoying idiots here and there. Though it seems like people have more manners as mall patrons than airline pax.
