Default Question for those that have applied to USAir.

Did you guys get an email confirmation once you submitted your app? I didn't, I did hear that they had issues with the online apps.

I didn't get a email "confirmation" either. I went through the process 3 times, each time either having problems and not receiving any feedback (a confirmation) at all that the application and supplement went through. During and after that time I contacted USAIRWAYS through various help-desks and phone calls (not fun). Eventually one of the e-mails I did receive was from their IT department telling me they were sorry about the problems and that my application and supplement "went through". What's that mean? I don't know. That's all the effort I'll put into applying to USAIRWAYS.

You need to make sure you get the confirmation email. There have been some problems with web app. After filling out the application for pilot there is a general application that needs to be filled out. This pops up in an addendum.

The electronic filing of applications is easier but there are a lot of bugs out there in the process.

I also did the addendum twice and did the pilot app on the iRecruitment site and did not get any confirmation email. It said I have already applied for that job. What gives?

Just curious I logged into the iRecruitment website to look at my application. Under status is says "Candidate Review", does this mean I am in the system correctly and possibly being reviewed.

I ask because I know a lot of guys are having trouble getting there info into US Airways.

I have also heard of people contacting their IT Dept. to check to see if there application is correct in there system. Anyone have the info to get in touch with the IT Dept at US Air?

Thanks in advance.

I too have applied with no reply. I am listed in their site as "Inbox." Any info from the US Air guys/gals that might show some insight?

Thank you,

Nacho
