Question UAL application question

I got one of those emails that asked me to redo my flight times. I am not sure where I messed it up. The only place I can think of is where it asks for single engine time and total instructor time. The directions say not to duplicate any times. Would this mean that all instructor time needs to be subtracted from the PIC multi section and the single engine time. So instead of having 1000 hours of Single engine you would list 200 hours because the rest is counted under dual given? Sure appreciate any help from someone else who has been here.
Thanks.

Does your PIC + SIC + Dual Received = Total Time? I don't think you want duplication in those 3 categories.

The application doesn't ask for dual received that I remember. It wants PIC/SIC since becoming a commercial pilot and total time, total single engine time, and total instructor time.
