Congrats Grumpy,

My class started on 12/3, I probably saw you in the training center. Which class did you choose? From what I understand, not alot of 737 slots until spring.

I took the first class I was available for. I get out of the Air Force in June So 30 Jun will be my class date. I wish I could start tomorrow. I hope there wil be some continued hiring after that. From what I have heard there will be classes all year. I wonder how many were hired from my interview day. They all seemed great guys to me. Have you heard any rumours on 717/737 numbers in the coming year?

And Carl, while I have your attention, Can you commute home on the weekends during training at AirTran?

Grumpy

Yes, you get to go home on the weekends. They prefer you go home to unwind.

Did I read somewhere that we will have jumpseat privileges during training? What about family travel benefits?

webecheck,

I think you need 25 posts now to have pm privileges. I tried to pm you, but haven't figured out how yet. I think you need 25 posts to receive pm's also. I will keep trying.

When did you graduate from SPS?
