Default EOS in DTW??

Anybody know why EOS has had an aircraft in DTW the past few days. It's been parked over at the Berry terminal for almost a week.

Just wondering...

High-end ad-hoc charter, most likely.

Yup, they do a little charter business...a week at the same place without moving isn't a good sign though!

Default Charter it is

I spoke with a friend over at EOS and he said they have been flying everyday to CUN and Montego Bay for Ryan. Apparrently they have a back up on how long it takes to make seats for the sleeper beds and they have decided to secure the aircraft when they become available and fly charter during the time it takes to get new interiors built. He said there are 5 aircraft in the mill to come on line this year.

EOS is expecting to hire 80 front end and 200 back end for 2008. Good news for the MAXjet guys and gals

Holy Crap! That almost sounds like a smart idea!?! Are you saying there is somebody in this business that actually is doing something smart? Making a name in the charter business can only help in the long run.

I highly doubt it, but I hope the EOS guys are getting an overnight in CUN and not DTW!

No such luck on this charter. Many others do get to overnight places like isreal, barbados and the like
