For starters, how about the most profitable year ever (75 years of business) and an arbitrated 34% paycut. That barely scratches the surface.

Alaska had problems way before the Kasher arbitration of 2005. January 31, 2000 rings a bell. I just wish I would have followed the advice of all my peers and left back in early 2001.
