Default New hire USAir questions

I just got picked up by USAir, they informed me I would prob. be in the EMB in PHL which is fine but does anyone know do they have plane locks / base locks and if so how long?

if you start on the 190 it is a one year seat lock......everything after that is 18 month

what equipment is based in BOS and how long till a newhire can hold it? What is first year pay?
