Your post is well thought out and intelligent. I appreciate that.

Let me be the first East pilot to offer to buy you a beer when you come through CLT. It is a sincere offer from someone who wants this to be a pleasurable place to work.

I get so tired of people in this profession who ***** and moan about their 1/4 empty glass. After being furloughed and working in two other industries I realized how the rest of the world works.

This is an enjoyable place to work if you tune out the whiners while here. And eventually the issues will be worked out.
