Default Fall Airline Service Cutbacks

First comprehensive article I've seen on fall service cuts. The fall schedules are beginning to be set.

With all the cuts to vacation spots (Vegas, Hawaii, etc.)...I wonder if those cities, especially LAS, have considered subsidizing fares to keep folks visiting.

Also, this article only addressed domestic flying. Many of the legacies can (in theory) offset some domestic reduction with an increase in international capacity.

Unfortunately, that probably won't help the RJs or LCCs not named Southwest.

Quite true. I wonder what DAL will announce in the coming weeks. Where can we go across the boarders next?
