Northwest UFO strike in MSP?
Cant find any info about this story, but it was on the radio this morning, some rampers at MSP called into some local radio stations saying a Northwest flight struck an unidentified object above FL180 into the nosecone, it was not a bird and the investigation is becoming erie strange and they wanted to call in to make it public since they thought they were getting "silenced" by the airline and government. Really freaking weird.
Anyone else heard anything this morning?

Similar thread already started. Fox news just said it was NOT a bird, so we'll have to stay tuned

splat cleaned off by the wind and the rain
where most birdstrikes happen at relatively slow speeds of take-offs or landings, this one occured at 18,000 ft and 300 + knots. maybe in the descent, they went thru some clouds and that caused the blood and guts to be cleaned off. as for birds flying that high, the guiness book has the highest recorded sigthing of a bird in the low 30,000 ft. i know, it sounds crazy because of the temps and lack of o2 at that altitude, but may be some weird thermals.
