Honestly I could care less about it,these kids are so needy.., it went around like it was a big thing don't worry Mr.H its all good in the hood.

If there is one thing that my previous start up airline(which failed) taught me is GET PAID NOW. A 3 year upgrade is a big gamble for a lot of pilots, it may work out and I hope it does. But it's a big gamble, an option is to fly on a contract overseas. 4 times the pay of a VA FO and at home the same amount of time. It's not for everyone, but it's an option. My friends at VA are mixed on the company, some love it, some are vanilla, but they all say the commute is brutal. Good luck and God Speed.
