Southwest + EMB 190s?
So I am traveling on SWA out of MCO and over by where the planes that get pushed off the gate(gates 126 and 128) there is a couple of painted Ts on the ground. One says 737 and the other says EMB 190. Any SWA pilots based in MCO know about this? I know that Jet Blue uses the same terminal, but his is on the opposite side of the terminal from their gates.

I parked on the B terminal in Philly the other week, and saw the parking lightboard for 747 and L1011 aircraft types. Is US Airways getting 747's?
Kidding, but true. I think the E190 is too similar to the 737 for SW to ever justify adding it as a fleet type.

But..I always starting sentences with that word! But, if a regional partner that just so happens to have come into some property for real cheap in Denver, and this said partner starts flying as SWExpress in exchange that would be interesting, or not.

So you think they would paint the stop lines on the ground before they:
1. Buy the aircraft
2. Train the pilots
3. Train the Flight attendants
4. Train the mechanics
5. Get the aircraft delivered
6. Proving runs
SWA is ahead of the game, but not that far ahead.
