It means jack right now with the world economy in the crapper. It allows the company to have their way with out any legal leg for the union to stand on. It will be quite easily for them to create numbers that show furloughs at the stand alone companies.

I'm calm, I'm just pointing out that Compass should not be considered a cushion. If or when "Moby Dick" belches it's gonna smell big time.

Exactly what I was thinking ACL. That way they get their equity, retirement, AND Pre-DCC healthcare. I can see some guys jumping on that.

If they are talking about buying out other employee groups with early outs, I see no reason why the pilot group should not also be included. I mean it was we who did (or didn't) do alot to move this merger through. Right?
