Jumpseated a while back with an FO who mentioned he'd probably be in the right seat for the rest of his career there...what is the average age there?!

Average age is around 47. 1200 or so more to be offered recall and then, technically, we would have new hires.

Here in about 12-15 years, guys who get hired young (high 20's/low 30's) are going to see some amazing career progression(within the airline), as well as seniority.
