Either way IMHO this would never happen unless everyone at mainline decides it's worth more than their pay. History has shown the top majority always stick it to the bottom.

A lot. But there were three resolutions passed in DTW. At least one in MEM. From the after action report, it sounds like LM got an ear full in MEM, and BK got another ear full in DTW.
