Did either one of you consider that those quotes are not Euros? Or that England and Great Britain does not use Euros?

That would be a total waste of your and my time, if you have been working as a commercial pilot long enough, you would understand. If you feel insulted by any of my remarks, I am sorry, I am just trying to find out why are we attacking VA guys so much.

Have we done anything against MESA AIR GROUP, AIRTRAN, and God knows who else..

Like I said to get to talk about this would waste you time and mine, since we will always find something to disagree on.

Remember we are pilots...

Respectfully.

PS: I dont drink.

I got flagged by APC for my "sailor" vocabulary, I just hope I didn't offend anyone.

Huh? Are you serious? Virgin Atlantic is a UK based company. UK opted out of using the euro and is using the British pound.

I also used the pound symbol - £ to clarify as opposed to the euro symbol - €.

You misunderstood the post. The rates I posted were for Virgin Atlantic - a UK based major airline - NOT Virgin America a US based low-cost airline.

The rates were quoted in the British pound not in euro.

I didn't even look at the symbol. He posted euro, and I just copied it. Don't we have more inane things to argue about than symbols?

No problem, I was trying to figure out what I was missing in your post... Now it makes sense...

Having said that, I must say I am not impressed with what senior Virgin Atlantic captains are getting paid for flying 747s all over the world... They must be getting some other incentives, company stock, etc...

Just look at their stews. That's their compensation!
