Does anyone have a copy of the paperwork United sent to pilots on furlough?

I've received nothing from United, including the apology i did not get for destroying my career and finances since going there under false pretenses one year ago....

All I received was the "furloughed pilot benefit summary". Nothing more from UAL. The other paperwork receivd was for COBRA benefits.

BTW, you can log onto Skynet Lite, and go to flt ops, there is a copy of that packet they gave us.
