Just wondering how the bidding works with Air Mike. Is this open to any Continental pilots or do you have to be based in Guam.

If you bid Guam, you are based in Guam. You can live anywhere you want, but it's a long commute.

My goodness, have you seen their flight attendants?

Now that's what I call a Pacific Operation!

Of all the reasons why NWA (or Delta, if you are a NWA pilot) was a lousy choice of merger partners, this is certainly near the top.

Used to work with an A&P who worked for AirMike long ago. They carried maintenance on the island hopping Six PHNL-PGUM with five stops in between. They didn't want to waste a seat so the mechanics were trained as F/As. Sounds like things are better now.
