There are 6000 pilots flying at Delta, about 100 are women. You do the math.

Yet, according to some, we take all the white male's pilot jobs away.

Anyways, I think it's around 5%

The FAA website used to have stats on how many ATPs were held by women, but I couldn'f find it. Call your local FSDO. Not sure about Commercial certificates... but they might be able to help you.

Default Ratio's

In the 1920 3.5% of all pilots were women. In 1995 5% were women. UAL did a study to determine why there was such a small increase over so much advancement in women's rights. The answer was that most women at 28 got the baby bug and quit. Men are better suited for the loneliness and nomad lifestyle. Therefore in order to increase the percentage of women pilots at UAL they had to hire them as young as possible. I think that women have had the right idea all along.

R I & P, if I'm not mistaken, that's a Death Rattlers patch as your avitar, no? I haven't seen one of those in a long time....My father was with them at MCAS El Toro (may it rest in peace). Attempted to PM you that little tidbit of abjectly useless trivia, but as I am muy muy nubus, no dice, so I'm sorry if this is a little off topic. Just don't see those every day.

To change the subject even further.
The charactor Petroni was a portrail of a great guy by the name of Al Davis at TWA. My father had the pleasure of working for him.
