Sorry for being so Deltoishly ignorant here ;) but I'm pretty sure that in the past y'all had a no-furough clause which I guess didn't apply in the post 9/11 world, correct? So is that clause all history now? Or am I thinking of a different airline and if so which one is it?

That clause is not worth the paper it is written on. They park pilots they only park 153 seats in those 76 seat jets. Really not that bad of a trade off.

That said, they will do everything they can to mitigate furloughs.

We have a No Furlough clause. The real questions are:

1) How quickly will management find a way around it?

2) If they do will ALPA take them to court if they violate it?

3) Will a Judge uphold it?

I know 1 of the DHL Feeders(Astar I think) pilots No Furlough Clause was enforced by a Judge recently.
