No paycut. The current APC rates are accurate, the ones that had been posted were the ones management has allegedly agreed to (they've promised in writing) retroactive to June 1.

The jerks have taken almost three months to put this crap together, just enough to appease the pansy "no" voters. I'll believe I'm getting a payraise when it's actually in my bank account, thanks.

Hmm, so the old APC rates that were up are wrong? for some reason I recall a 12 year 320 captain rate was like $156. I might be mistaking it for another carrier, but I'm pretty sure thats what it was for blue on here.

Could it have been Delta at $155 for the A319, A320?

Current Year 12 A320 CA is 146.90 after the August 2008 amendment. What's on APC is correct for the current rates. New rate for year 12 A320 CA is 158.70.

Edited to add: Looking on APC, if this pay raise goes through I will make as a 190 FO at Blue nearly what a 190 CA with similar longevity at US makes; our 320 CAs will make more than a 330 CA at US, and I STILL believe we are under-compensated and need ALPA (or any CBA representation). It makes me ill seeing how far this industry has fallen....

I guess I don't get it. Are all pilots individually negotiating with management? If not, who decides who gets to "negotiate" on your behalf? Can you negotiate on your own behalf? And whatever comes of the "negotiations," can you vote no? Does it require a majority vote or can individual pilots vote no for themselves since its a "individual Pilot Employment Agreement"?

Did they magically start offering raises just as the last union drive was picking up steam?

Individual pilots can choose not to sign a new PEA, and keep working under the terms of the last one. For example our last PEA included minor pay raises, but changed sick time to be paid at our base rate. (Sick calls were previously paid at premium). A handful of guys chose to retain the old payrates and keep sick paid at premium.
