Sure lets put VA out of business - That way there won't be ANY US Airline that actually has a decent product

The US Airlines are SOOOOO bad for service. Try flying an international carrier sometime. You will find out that you might actually be treated like a paying CUSTOMER rather than a box of sh*t. Same goes for VA, they have a good product. Give them a chance to develop.......

I dont give a RAT'S *** about their product! They are operating in this country ILLEGALY, while at the same time undercutting the wages and work rules of UNTIED STATES owned and operated airlines. You like their product, great!!! Then I suggest you move to England, become a citizen, transfer your license, and apply with Virgin....IN ENGLAND, WHERE THEY BELONG!

Besides the fact we are 3 years past our last contracts expiration. On a side note I'm suprised a mod hasn't stepped in on this one. The responses have nothing to do with the original question.

Spirit's FO rates dont look pretty, but when you add in our work rules you can make decent money. Are we underpaid, yes.....but we make a heck of a lot more than Allegiant or Virgin America.

Singer sues airline, claiming racial slurs, stabbing
Denver Post Wire Report
Posted: 08/04/2009 01:00:00 AM MDT

MIAMI — A Brazilian singer's lawsuit claims flight attendants called him racial slurs and that his producer was stabbed with a sharp pen.

Dudu Nobre, his wife and the producer filed the suit against American Airlines last week, seeking $4 million in damages.

Nobre, who is black, claims one flight attendant called him a "monkey" in Portuguese and made "monkeylike" sounds and gestures during the flight last year from New York to São Paulo, Brazil.

American Airlines officials declined comment Monday.
It's all good....I remember my first beer too.

As I have well displayed on several occasions, I am far from being coined an 'English Major'. However, if you see it fit to sling insults, at least get the spelling up to par

WOW....filing a lawsuit against AA?? If I were named DUDU, I'd concentrate my efforts on finding who was responsible for naming me after the 'floater in the LAV'

Now back to V.A.....anybody have any info they can share?? lol

Oh yeah....exactly.....What should have been done is all of us at AA should have taken a voluntary furlough to provide a job for those who were too dense to figure out that thrice bankrupt TWA was a sinking ship.
Never saw that one coming.

I guess we are all too busy now flying your DC-9's (gone), 727's (gone), 717's (gone), 757's (gone), and 767's (gone) to worry about it anymore.
