Captjns,
I got a call for an interview, however, I know very little about the company...other than what is on their web site and here.
Just wondering what the pay was like, trips etc?
Why are people leaving?

My experience so far has been excellent. The interview is very relaxed with no technical or sim. They know from your background you can fly an airplane...its whether you fit in with the company.
There is multi choice question personality test given by HR to make sure you are not axe murderer in disguise :-)
Once hired, during indox...my class got a free 3-day trip to London as a pax to observe the experience...it is absolutely top notch from start to finish!
Hope this helps

Uh wrong, six have left. 1 to Cargo360, 1 to NetJets, 1 a contract with Japan Airlines or something, 1 back to retirment, 2 to EK.

I stand corrected...I was only aware of 2 pilots that have left.
Most of the guys here are high time former legacy captains...I think a little frustrated with the trials and tribulations of a start up operation after working with an established carrier. I have nothing to base my opinions on except the military.
