Not sure what you mean when you say there are guys out on the streets?
We recalled everyone. We had people defer the recall, but that was for their own reasons.
Ray...I talked to Stephanie in MCO on Tuesday and she said no hiring for 2010. Looks like RSV hell continues.

I bypassed the recall because I'm on a contract in Iraq. Got my 2nd furlough letter last month. Anyone who bypassed the first time is also a recipient of this letter.

Got the letter as well
I too received the letter but am on a voluntary one year LOA. I have been told to expect to return to the line in the spring.
Boy, am I ready! Taking a year off certainly put things in perspective.
