You can either use contract pilots, or wet lease crews, of course JAA rated.

Do you think the link on the main ALPA website, "Notice to all United Pilots", was a green light for management to continue their steamroll of the pilots union?

It has been on the website almost a year now and the order virtually told United pilots they could not call in sick and will be forced to work extra hours against their will.

ALPA national is protecting themselves, not the United Pilots IMHO.
