Hmm, Yeah. I'm not sure about having rich people telling me how great their company is, and then telling me how great US Airways is. I'll pass, and non-rev on Delta like I have for years.

Catchy tune though.

As a customer, not amount of ads will win over my business. I have to experience good service to become a loyal customer.
The ads are interesting though. I am not quite sure how they think a word from a person that is paid(I am assuming that they are paid) to do a commercial is going to win over my business.

I think the USAirways customer service needs a little work. The infrastructure is there to improve. Philly is a huge stinkhole.

In order to suceed, they will need to dump their FA's and start over with fresh crews. They are the most miserable sky hags in the bidness
