Not really. Given who you seem to fly for I can see you objecting to any effective union.

Bad idea as they could threaten a strike and cause chaos .

Plan on a great week. Government unions in the U.S aren't legally allowed to strike.

We are all supposed to be professionals in this line of work and when we take shots at each other as you have just done it just lowers that expectation.
