I can't think of any offhand, but I would call up Signature Flight Support (or any other FBO) on the field and ask them who they have deals with - there's a decent Marriott Courtyard on the airport. I've found that they are usually better than whatever break I get with my CAL ID.

As I type I am sitting in the Hilton Garden Inn in BDL...it is where a few airlines stay, not sure if they extend the rate to crewmembers on personal travel, but worth a shot. Buffalo Wild Wings across the street, 10% off with your key.

Not specific to Airline employees, however, many corporations negotiate corporate rates locally.
Usually 15-50% off the normal rate.
Anyone who visits the corporations for Any reason qualify for the discounted rates.

I usually make a series of calls stating three companies that I plan to visit and ask who has the best rates.
The reservation agent will gladly search all three hotels checking three corporate rates.

Last week I stayed in Milwaukee and the rate went from $159 to $79 by mentioning Harley Davidson and Miller Brewing Company.

 

Just stayed at the La Quinta for $59 out the door. Transportation and continental breakfast provided
