Lost Recall Rights?

Lost Recall Rights?
I've only been furloughed for about 6 months now from my airline -- not an eternity by any stretch -- but it got me thinking:
Have any furloughees circa 9/11 lost their recall rights? Is there a pilot group out there with unfavorable contract language who are about to lose their recall rights?
I had to check my contract, but what does every other contract out there say?

I am probably wrong, but my understanding of AMR's language is that you have a three year clock that starts ticking once the most junior furloughee is offered a recall.
Now, given that they have so many out, and not recalling in significant numbers in the forseeable future, they've probably got quite a while. Though not unlimited.
Again, I could be completely off base.
Also, I recently learned from a current DAL furloughee that the 10 year clock at DAL extends to 14 years under certain circumstances, FWIW.

Comair we have 5 years written in our contract. I'm in the most junior furlough date and its been 17 months. We enter negotiations this fall, we'll see if it is addressed in the next contract as recalls are not forseen anytime soon.

Nice! I didn't stop to read my contract small print related to furlough and longevity, and now I'm sorry I didn't. How long has the provision been part of Delta's contract?...Maybe that's why furloughed Delta pilots were selling me TVs, shoes and cars when I lived in Atlanta in the early '90s -- hanging out waiting for the phone to ring?

When they bypassed (which all that are still out are on now since they were all offerred recall), didn't the longevity clock stop?
