Delta Scheduling Question
Ok, so I just finished DC9 school in MSP and have OE scheduled for 28 APR. Origionally my schedule reflected RES and/or XX days from the end of my training to the 28th (April 17th-April 27th)
Since I was needing to do some military before starting OE, I called the OE planner and had her insert MLOA from 20-27 APR.
Now I'm looking back on it and I have effectively droped 5 RES days (2 of them were XX days) between now and the start of OE. I'm afraid that means that i will not be paid the 3:15/day for the 5 days I dropped, even though I couldn't be used on those days anyhow. Is this correct? I tried going into ICREW and un mil dropping the days but it won't let me.
Is there anything that can be done about that?

You shot yourself in the foot. You can call back and tell them that you are not doing mil leave, but that does mean you would need to be available for those days as well. (You could ask them to convert all of your mil leave days to your contractual off days. In the end you will more than likely just lose the pay)
