Seriously doubt that, unless someone slips RA some peyote.

Watch. It will happen so fast if they lose their current feed/code share partner in the west. Particularly if they are lost to AA.

AA will pay a steep price to make that happen. Just think of it as JAL II.

My money would be on AA taking the east operation with all of the international flying and RAH biting off the west operation to blend in with its low cost carrier Frontier business flying the same aircraft.

Your money's no good here.

I love the "East goes to AA and the West goes to Republic". Just keep telling yourself that's the way it's going to happen while you cry yourself to sleep.

You appear to have me confused with someone who wants this too happen. I want RAH to be the little regional airline it was when I got hired. That would include some movement, some PIC experience and maybe a real airline to go work for someday. The way it's going there is not going to be a "real" airline to work for and I am going to continue to live this nightmare until I wake up and do something else with my life or we simply implode on our egos here at RAH and dig ourselves too deep to get out. Hence leaving me where I was when I started here.

Please don't confuse my predictions with my desires. Not a week goes by that someone who works at airways suggests to me the RAH will own them soon. From the west side to east side, I hear it from everywhere and I am not alone.

You can drop the remarks, we aren't in 10th grade.

I do not ever suggest to anyone what will the future holds.
We just don't know! Believe me I know.

If you hear from employees that RAH is buying LCC then it is just gallows humor. No one here knows what Parker intends or what will be next.

I am with you, I don't believe it until I am sitting in it anymore.

You aren't wearing a Republic badge looking for a ride either. I suppose there would be no reason to engage you in that conversation.

Mike, I don't see a purchase of the entire LCC. Heck I don't see anything. Nobody would want the East and all of the problems it brings with labor, not sure who would want the West, (it's not exactly a cash cow), and to second guess Parker or Bedford at this point is a joke.

Who knows what the future holds for any of us, we can only hope that it gets better before it gets any worse.
