We strike for long enough, Spirit will be out of business. You SCAB, you only lengthen the Strike. You SCAB you are likely to be without a job and be a SCAB on top of it (very difficult to get a job with the lifelong title of SCAB)

As a reminder, I deleted a post that bypassed the language filter per the TOS.
When you quote that post in your reply I delete your post as well since it now contains the TOS.
If you want your post to stay when you quote someone who it looks like they used a swear or similar TOS violation, just edit that part out yourself in the quotations and it would no longer be a TOS violation. This mostly just applies to swear words.

Health Insurance
I wonder if your health insurance is suspended when you go on strike. If so and you had a sick child then the act of going on strike could financially destroy your family and leave your child with insufficient care.
What do you do then?
In addition I am curious to know why the web site indicated that only Spirit Employees would be considered as scabs if they were to cross the line or were to work for another company that was flying the same routes? What about the thousands of unemployed pilots who are out there and not affiliated with Spirit Airlines? Shouldn't the threats extend to them as well?
I know that I do not feel adequately threatened by the web site. What is to stop a bunch of laid off pilots from Skybus from jumping in and taking your jobs?

They never lost their insurance.
Some people are willing to back up their beliefs.
Crossing the picket line? It will be a decision they'll regret.

Scabs today
It seems to me in the turbulent airline industry today a scab would have no trouble finding employment in other airlines. What union does Spirit have anyway? Is it ALPA? or something of their own creation?
In addition if they do strike and the company dissolves a large amount of the pilot group and most of the flight attendants will never be able to find another flying job that comes even close to the life they have at Spirit.
Moving and starting over at the bottom is gruesome. Most other pilot jobs are paying far less and offer worse working conditions. My guess is that there will be a huge amount of laid off pilots who have seen life on the other side and are willing to work for nothing if Spirit opens the doors.
