Delta Pilots Association

The essence of Nu's question to 80 was why does the DPA not want to change ALPA from within?
On the FAQ part of the DPA they address the subject.
I mean there really are just three directions for the pilot group to take, 1) keep ALPA as is, 2) change ALPA from within, or 3) fire ALPA.
Talking about any one of those is worthwhile.

It seems to be the DALPA strategy. "We all want restoration (you can get them to reluctantly say that)... but we don't want to define it as our objective. So we'll just see what falls in our lap, take advantage of whatever opportunities happen to come our way, and hope we can have our careers restored and put back on track." Best I can tell, that pretty much sums it up.

To me I thought they should keep fighting SWA but I guess some were really okay with the first TA.
