I'm glad your stock options helped to reimburse you for paying for your training.

points to LUV, game, set, and match are yet to be determined, but it looks like a fair debate.

Yup.. and that is why your payrates are higher than ours (for the moment)... we came back to you. Don't be so arrogant, it can happen to you too.

You have a nice day now, 'kay? :D |

This comment proves you're out of touch. The average SWA pilot hopes the rest of the industry get's big pay raises so there's a possibility that SWA pilots can get a pay raise too. SWA pilots are not Democrats (well at least a much lower percentage than the usual union groups) :D No thoughts of a race to the bottom to make everyone equal at SWA.

What? You hope the rest of the industry gets a huge pay raise so that you might possibly get one? This is part of the problem I'm talking about. For too long, SWA pilots let the rest of the industry fight the pay battles, while all you did is accept below what the industry's pilots fought to achieve. I'll look forward to SWA pilots setting the bar for the industry by leading the industry in your contracts going forward. Then hopefully, the rest of the industry will fight to leapfrog what you've done...not accept below what you've done.

I wasn't referring to this particular discussion, and him alone. Maybe you don't realize it, but there are a lot of guys out there from other airlines that have the very same impression of arrogance coming from the SWA group.. Yeah ya'll are the industry darlings and all that, (Clark Howard practically had an orgasm when the AT deal was announced) but many of the rest of us have grown weary of that attitude. It was simply an observation on my part. Enjoy your time on top... but nothing's forever. |

I don't know. I've been wearing brown for 20 years. The SWA guys have always been great. It was the double breasted Delta professionals that didn't bother with eye contact walking through the terminal. Just an observation.... |

That's because my hats too big and falls down and covers my eyes. Besides, I'm just jealous of the brown paycheck!!!!! I'd sell my neighbors child to be in your shoes. (I love my kid too much to sell him) |
