Default Jetblue profit sharing

Just curious how the 5% annual profit sharing checks have been doing?
What have people been getting the last couple of years. Junior FO to Senior Captain, what's the range. Just curious. Thanks!

The 5% goes right to your 401K, if (due to profit for the year) we get more than 5% then it's paid out via a check. That hasn't happened in a few years. The %, like 2%, is the % of your last year's salary.

It depends on the contract with your airline. Delta in the past paid pilots on mil leave profit sharing based on a imputed income. It is however not required under federal law to pay any pay to pilots on mil leave.

It's the % of your salary for the year, so if you were on leave the whole year then you don't get it. Send in your card and you can change that!!
