Default Upstart crew training

Where do startup airlines send their pilots for training? Two places I have heard off are CAE and Alteon. Also, do the pilots have to pay for training which can cost anywhere from $15k - $20k.

I would say your employees should not have to pay for their training. However, take a look SWA, they sure have been able to keep their costs down with requiring the type ahead of time and nobody seems to complain about that. Also, yes altenon does flight crew training, and probably the best. They'll also do maintenance training. Pretty much a "one stop shop" for airlines.
