Dunno, and dunno. I will say that the whipsaw will be no different than that of Delta whipsawing mainline pilots and regional carrier pilots against each other. So far BB has made good on everything he has promised. Could he be turning over a new leaf?

I've never met the man and never worked for him but he impresses me as the next Lorenzo. I'd personally be very wary of giving him two separate seniority lists.

I also would have voted no on concessions too, I think they were immaterial in landing the NEO order. Clearly that had been in the works for awhile, multi million dollar deals like that don't happen in a week. Further, Bedford needs to learn how to solve the revenue problem at F9, which is what is really killing the airline. Subsidizing his poor management skills is a temporary solution.

Have no real idea, but could BB fly 320's at RAH and under their agreements or is there really two way scope involved. Does RAH have a "no RJ's at Frontier" clause and does Frontier have a "no airbus at RAH" clause?

I'm sure RAH pilots will clarify, but I believe RAH pilots contract states that all aircraft be flown by RAH pilots. The single carrier status(which is from a representation view only) forces integration of the operations and prevents whipsaw. This is exactly what BB wants to stop.

If the SLI is implemented then there is a seven year fence, if it isn't then I am pretty sure that fapa's contract has scope protection for the airbus'.
Don't worry, the FAPA trolls will be posting on here soon to answer all of your questions, I'm surprised they have let a RAH topic go for so long without chiming in.

Also: johnso29, you are correct.

Request DENIED. Nothing to see here people.......

Except maybe "The IBT additionally states that it may later pursue allegations
of election interference in this matter."

Dear FAPA, you are amazing.
