Default American Pilot Pay low

Just a "heads up" for any AA management types who, on the off chance, might be reading this forum? Check out the pay scales for SWA and then check out AA Pay Scales. Now go over to ATW and take a look at PCASM at both.

For anything near parity we are looking at 50%+ pay raise for the AA pilot group. According to what I've been hearing on the line...anything less will be concessionary and it's just not going to pass a membership ratification vote.

For instance a 12 year AA 767ER Intl pilot makes less per hour than a 6 year DOM 737 pilot at SWA?

(didn't want to leave out my APA friends)
