ACL,
I agree. A good discussion requires pro and con. |
Will we get to see how the reps voted?

Good idea but then the date becomes group think on each side mi personally will prefer a professional back and forth.
What say you? It will be interesting though as this is the first one of these done in the instant digital communications age. |

Nothing on the news wires yet, but I wouldn't be surprised to get the "good news" parts from the company/press before the MEC has a chance to deliberate and vote on it.

Delta
Well, Delta has a TA. UCH could have gotten off much easier if they had been smart. Now, the contract just got more expensive.

It will be interesting, to say the least.
Anything less than SWA wages for our 737 drivers (scaled upward for capacity) and ANY relaxation of scope will be an automatic NO for this cowboy. We gave big-time post 9/11. With 4B profits on the horizon, it's payback time, boys and girls. Oh, and you can finally see if 717's being part of negotiations was indeed a fact, as I stated it was, or simply nonsense. We shall see... |
We need a double agent. Everybody has one....don't they?

I'd be shocked if this is a really bad TA. The NC had little to no pressure to get an early agreement - our current one isn't amendable until Dec 31. I'm optimistic (in spite of the negative Negotiators Notepad that's been analyzed to death). If this TA is any good this could be another landmark for the new Delta.
