Now if you are talking about managements concessionary contract proposal, which came out a few weeks ago, you are right that is a POS that will set us back to pre-99 contract conditions. The concessionary rates are on par with the rates you are saying.

Well we have to know what top 9E CA pay is so when the -900s start rolling in we know whether or not we're getting 25% more than a Regional guy. Gotta make sure we didn't just sign off on a B scale.

Have you read the Pinnacle proposed concessionary contract? Search it. it's not a secret document. Rates for MTOW for something close to 717 is in there, and they are pathetic.

Sorry read it differently..... Thought you were referring to what was contained in our negotiations.

Something to remember though is just because there is a rate in a contract doesn't make for the aircraft on property.

If RA allowed the outsourcing of a true narrow body aircraft we'd have enough sound bytes to hold against him to force him to resign. We're not going to sign off on a B scale and we're not going to allow that type of scope relief.

So there's a rumor on the Continental forums that our new contract will be 10% pay increase with scope relaxation. Honestly I find that hard to believe though, I just don't think our MEC would allow that to go through to a vote, but I guess we will find out soon!
