Bill can you think of any negatives to making outsourcing more profitable?

We might get more profit sharing? Wait, that's good. We might never get back to Brainard flying? Wait, that's good. This TA actually decreases RJ and international outsourcing. It's hard to see too much downside when the numbers are decreasing.

Too bad the profit sharing was decreased by 33%, eh?

That is the high number if and only if they are additional to the fleet and not replacement for parked mainline planes.

It has already been stated that they will be replacing some mainline aircraft with them, so that number is likely invalid.

So is your 200 number, the most realistic number I've seen is an additional 400-500 pilots.

220 is what I've seen from official sources and it has never been disputed. Like most everything else with this TA, it's pretty underwhelming isn't it?

At this point I'd be happy just being whelmed. ;)

What is the normal amount per airplane?

And if we only get 150 early outs?

And what if a tornado hits DL Tech Ops ? I don't understand what people don't get about the increased opportunities this TA offers compared to the alternative which is a long drawn out section 6 in a declining economy.
