Gotta love how going through pain, losing tons of money, giving up everything and then some, and working your A$$ off to make your company the leader in the industry is used against you when it comes time to discuss a TA/contract. And the sad part is it's picked up by some of the rank and file as a talking point as to why you best be happy with the cr@p you're fed. Truly a sad statement of where we are, IMO.
