Just so other pilots know, you hardly hear about this at work. 3rd listers are more disappointed in the legal system for dragging their feet on this. It also sucks that USAPA does not have our career interests in mind as well.
You have to feel bad that the east guys have dealt with such bad luck and at their weakest they merged with a younger airline. On the other hand, everyone knows that the west guys have a stronger case and are legally owed the Nic award.

I agree with MayDaze. I can't remember the last time I talked about the SLI in the cockpit. If we did it was kinda like " Heard anything? Nope, you? Nope." We spend more time talking about bad hotels there.
