When they are trying to impress the creditors their profitable. When negotiating contracts their losing money. "You don't get what you deserve in life only what you negotiate." This pilot group will fight indefinitely and continue with substandard contracts. ALPA and USAPA are both in-ept.

Looks like US pilots need to get over whatever they're currently obsessed with and start pushing for pay raises. This "we don't have revenue capability like the other airlines so we can't pay like the other airlines" doesn't pass the smell test anymore.

Great idea. However, today at the USAPA Board meeting they decided to make Date of Hire enshrined in their Union Operating Manual. I don't see things changing here anytime soon. Doug will continue to get the benefits of whipsawing the two pilot groups with the assistance of USAPA.
