Email your JS rep and see which ones are compliant.

Atlas is, pretty sure Kalitta is. However, it can depend on the SPECIFIC customer they are engaged with on the route. If it's a mil charter, pretty sure you can't.
Ok. I read it backwards. I read it as if you work for one of these ACMI carriers, you can occupy the JS on an intl flight on mainline ( if you have an agreement obviously). Thx.
