SkyHigh, get back into aviation!

Kiss my ass. Your comments only make me smile. I dont actually know if I will ever be an airline pilot, but thats okay because I do know one thing: If I do become one, I wont be flying with you because you will have pussed out early. Don't write some "mommy and daddy" BS when you dont even know me.

For sure. It's all about knowing when to hold 'em and knowing when to fold 'em...neither are easy.

Doesnt matter if his mom and dad paid his way, good for him. I hope he makes something out of it. The reality of it is that not everyone was meant to suceed to the top level in life. If we were we would all be millionaires. Yeah I know it sucks to be at the bottom of the pecking order, but that is what we choose. Did you all really believe the idea that the top of the industry was limitless? I think we are all dumber than we think to believe that someday captains would be paid in the millions. I am going to start my own informercial, and I bet pilots like us will be the top clients. My idea is "how to accrue 100,000 in debt and be qualified for a significant pay of 20 dollars an hour. And the best part is you only have to work 70 hours of month". Dont think it would be successful? All of us have bought into it already!!!

Well that didn't take long...Anyways...Lowtimer77 all of us know that this industry is a multiple of sine waves. It just a matter of timing when you decided to ride the sine wave into the industry. Are you going to be on the upturn or downturn of the industry? Guys like Skyhigh...well...tried and figured that they would try their luck elsewhere. There is nothing wrong with that. But you have to remember...this forum is for information to be filtered to the eyes of the knowing and the unknowing. I can understand your passion for this career, ***t all of us know your passion for this career...even Skyhigh. But there is no reason for you to bash him...being as young as you are...you could probably pick his brain about things that he went though while he was in the industry...you never know you might learn something. Different experiences cause for different actions. And you know what...none of our experience are the same. So my advise to you...learn about what might have happened to Skyhigh and use his experiences to your own advantage. "and thats all I have to say about that" as Gump would say.

I want to make something really clear to everyone. I am not trying to bash SkyHigh, I honestly had the goal of motivating him. Obviously some of you think I am wrong for that and I honestly appreciate all of the advice of the ways of the industry. However, why is it that when I try to motivate( even if you think I am young and dumb) that some of you choose to bash the hell out of me? You can say Im wrong, but why start bashing me?
