Smile AA/DAL Furloughed pilots at JetBlue?

Does anyone have any idea about how many pilots are currently at JB that are furloughed from DAL or AA? And how many can we resonably see go back to their respective carriers? My intent is not to flame but to get an relative idea of near future movement. I am just looking for hard numbers not commentary, thanks!

Just from random chatting with furloughed from each, I would take a WAG and say 80-100 from DAL and 100-120 from AA. But I'm curious if anyone else agrees with this number or has any other info

NWA had a lot of guys bypassing furlough at JetBlue. Heard 15 to 20 were trying to "get back" to Delta ASAP.

Don't know of any American pilots. American was not hiring much during the last decade....

I have flown with 7 190 captains that are AA guys they are waiting to see what happens there. I can imagine that all or most of the DAL guys will go back, AA guys are probably going to wait and see.

From APC - AA has '1,685 furloughed pilots, of which 650 have yet to be offered recall. The rest have deferred recall'

Where are all the pilots? 650 that haven't even been called?!

Working at other airlines because we don't want to be at AA at the bottom of the seniority list as a RSV NB F/O while they're in Chapter 11.

Clear enough?

Easy there friend. I just was curious if many had left the industry, or working non-121 gigs. I completely understand the why.. just curious on the where.

Some of those guys are probably on Mil leave. 4 guys in my Sq. alone bypassed recall at AA. They have 3 years to bypass and then they have to make a decision.

At Delta, the furloughed bypass guys are running out of their 10 years (and I was one). They can't come back, if they aren't on mil leave, until we hire again. Then, they reassume their date of hire.

I also think that the next time we hire is their last shot to come back. I know 2 JetBlue guys that are still bypassing DAL. One will come back, the other may not (he is almost 60).
